Leslie Giddens Robinson, DNP ’21, devotes much of her time to the School of Nursing’s advisory board, where she has spoken with Quinnipiac students in the accelerated BSN program about her journey to her profession.
She gives credit to Quinnipiac for instilling in her confidence and for giving her meaningful relationships with faculty.
“Attending Quinnipiac was the best educational experience of my life. I could always reach out to faculty, no matter how long after I had graduated, for assistance. The faculty, IT department, School of Nursing librarian, fellow classmates and DNP program all led me to success.”

In 2023, TJ Friedmann ‘22, MBA ‘23, helped bring a national championship to Quinnipiac. Today, in addition to being a professional hockey player, he uses his finance and business administration experience to run his own coffee business.
Inspired by his dog Charlie, TJ founded Charlie Bleu Coffee Company! Its vision is to support local animal welfare organizations, and it donates 15% of the company’s proceeds to them.
We’ll be celebrating our Men’s Ice Hockey alumni with a dedicated Alumni Day for this group on Saturday, July 18!
