Community Service Chair: Samantha Rho Alpha Sigma, Inc.
(a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization) was established in 2002 by a dedicated group of residence life professional staff at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The exists to recognize the efforts and achievements of the student staff that go above and beyond an institution's expectations. The Greek letters for Rho Alpha Sigma were chosen to correspond to Residence Advisor/Assistant Service. From its founding in 2002, 23 more chapters have joined Rho Alpha Sigma.

*Luke is a Nursing major

*Luke became an RA because "[he] enjoys aiding in the development of students on campus while creating a sense of community within the residence halls."

*Kerry's favorite thing about being an RA is "connecting with fellow RA’s, especially my own staff. Over the past two years I have grown to form a bond with my staff that always reminds me of the support system behind me whenever I am in need."
