UPDATE FOR TONIGHT:

We are still planning to host our Goodbye Picnic tonight as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, the picnic will be moved indoors to the West Woods cafeteria.

As we begin planning for the 2026-2027 school year, the West Woods PTA is looking for volunteers to help lead some of our favorite programs and activities for next year!

The PTA plays a huge role in supporting our students, staff and school community, but we can’t do it without YOU! We would love to have more parents and caregivers get involved.

We are currently looking for Chair Members for the following committees:

Fundraising
- Help organize fun school fundraisers throughout the year
- Brainstorm creative new fundraising ideas

Membership
- Encourage families to join the PTA
- Help with membership drives and communication

After School Programs
- Coordinate enrichment programs and activities for students
- Help communicate schedules and registration information
- Work with vendors and volunteers

Room Parent Coordinator
- Assist in organizing classroom room parents
- Help communicate teacher and classroom needs

If you’ve considered becoming more involved at school next year, this is a wonderful opportunity to help make a difference in our school community.
