Our last Stamford Yoga in the Park was just lovely! Despite the weather report, it was sunny and the perfect autumn morning for some yoga!

Huge shout out to Lindsay O'Brien for being our lovely yoga guide. We look forward to working with her next summer!

Walton yoga is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept 22 at the greenspace behind Family Dollar at 1pm. Candace Conlon Rudd will be our instructor. We can not wait to share another beautiful Catskill yoga day with you!

Yoga in the Park moved Tuesday to Walton's Greenspace behind Family Dollar, and what a beautiful day it was. Even the dogs approved! Yoga in the Park will be back next Monday (9/21) at 10am in Stamford's Veterans Park and Tuesday (9/22) at 1pm at Walton Greenspace. These events are rain or shine.

What a beautiful Catskill Mountain morning for some yoga. Today's Yoga in the Park took us to the Village of Stamford, where the church bells rang in our practice, and the sun warmed our souls. Thank you to Lindsay for leading us today!

Meet us tomorrow in the village of Walton at 1pm for more Yoga in the Park in the greenspace behind Family Dollar. Candace Conlon Rudd will be leading our practice. Bring your mat, but if you do not have one, no worries; we will have some available for your use!

Many thanks to the villages of Stamford and Walton for helping to pilot our new program offered through Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County and Delaware County Rural Healthcare Alliance!

Delaware County Rural Healthcare Alliance is working on a Yoga in the Park, and we need your help!

We have the following programs tentatively being worked on...final approval is pending community and insurance clearance.

We are looking for yoga instructors for these days: a 1-hour class, and you would be paid as an independent contractor.

CCE/Rural Healthcare Alliance will provide the speaker, water cooler, and headset for your use, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Walton August 25th, Sept 15, 22
Stamford August 26, Sept 16, 23, 30
Franklin August 27, Sept 10, 17, 24.
Possibly Hancock Sept 12th
Possibly Margaretville Sept 19th
