Chefs’ Week at The Smart Start was a recipe for fun! Our little chefs mixed, measured, and created lots of yummy treats all week long 🍪🧁🍕🍓

To top it all off, we wrapped up the week with a sweet surprise from the ice cream truck! 😄🍦

Smiles, laughter, and yummy memories made for a fantastic week!

What a wonderful day at Lighthouse Point Park! We spent the day exploring the beach, playing on the playground, cooling off at the splash pad, and taking a walk to the lighthouse. It was a day filled with fresh air, fun, adventure, and lots of smiles! 🏖️☀️

The rainy weather didn’t stop us yesterday at our “One Cool Pop” Father’s Day event! We celebrated our amazing dads with fun, smiles, and popsicles to honor all the “cool pops!” 😎💙

FIELD DAY 2026!

The day was packed with fun from start to finish! Our friends showed off their creativity with tie-dye, cooled off with water play, raced through the sponge relay, and filled the day with laughter, teamwork, and smiles. We definitely made a BIG splash!!! 😎💦 🧽

Our outdoor play area just got even better with a new mud kitchen! Little hands, big creativity, and endless outdoor fun! 🌱✨

Join us for Hamden’s annual fireworks celebration on Friday, June 26 at Hamden Town Center Park as we celebrate America's 250th and Hamden's 240th anniversaries.

Bring your family, friends, and blankets for an evening of music, food, and fun as we light up the sky in celebration of our community. Festivities begin at 6:00 PM., and the fireworks show will start at 9:20 PM. Don't miss music from the Hamden Symphony Orchestra.
