πŸ’™πŸŒŸ Happy Disability Pride Month! πŸŒŸπŸ’™

This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, diversity, and achievements of the disability community. At Camp No Limits, we are proud to create a space where children, teens, adults, and families impacted by limb loss and limb difference can connect, grow, and thrive.

Disability Pride Month is a reminder that disabilities are a natural part of human diversity, not something to hide, but something that helps shape unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths. We honor every camper, volunteer, family member, and supporter who makes our community so vibrant and inspiring.

Together, we continue to champion inclusion, accessibility, representation, and the belief that there are truly no limits to what our campers can achieve.

Join us this month in celebrating disability pride, embracing individuality, and uplifting the voices of the disability community.

This past weekend, our Physical Therapy students, in collaboration with Quinnipiac’s Occupational Therapy students, helped make another incredible year of Camp No Limits a success!

Camp No Limits is a transformative experience for children with limb loss or limb differences and their families, featuring activities such as wheelchair basketball and field day.

A heartfelt thank you to our PT student leaders, Luca, Lucy, and Haley, for their outstanding dedication, as well as to all the volunteers who helped create such a memorable weekend. We also extend our sincere gratitude to our PT Faculty Advisor, Maria Cusson, for her guidance, dedication, and unwavering support in making this experience possible.
