🚨🚨DROP OFF AND PICK UP INFORMATION🚨🚨

Parents,
Please look over the drop off and pick up information attached to this post prior to the first day of school and familiarize yourself with the procedures. Some points to look out for:
- please note entry and exit only points and their times
- the exit of our drop off/pick up loop will be RIGHT TURN ONLY during both drop off and pick up times
- we are asking that students only enter and exit cars in the line from the sidewalk by the school in the line
- parents and students should use the crosswalks to move across the parking lot
- The front bus lane is still off limits to cars between 7:15-7:45 and 3:15-3:45
- If you have a high school driver, please help them understand the importance of being aware of their surroundings as they move throughout the parking lots

HIS staff will be out to help with these new procedures. Please be kind and considerate of them as they do their job to ensure the efficiency of this process as well as the safety of everyone. This will be a learning process for everyone and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a smooth and safe drop off and pick up process for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

As we prepare for another great school year, the staff of Halstead-Bentley USD #440 came together today for a day of professional learning, collaboration, and planning.

Professional development is more than training—it's an investment in our students and our community. We are grateful for the dedication of our incredible staff who continue to learn, grow, and innovate for the benefit of every Dragon.

Here's to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and success. We can't wait to welcome our students back soon!

We didn't have a "Best T-shirt contest" but it we did, Susan Jacobs would be our winner!
