🚨 BUILD THE ATHLETE. NOT JUST THE RECRUIT.

Talent matters. But talent without development eventually hits a ceiling.

That’s why we built the Clutch Performance System™.

🧠 Mental Toughness
🥗 Elite Nutrition Plans
🏋️ Custom Training Programs
🎯 Structure + Accountability

Whether your goal is college athletics, earning more playing time, getting stronger, adding functional size, improving performance, or simply becoming a better athlete — development has to be intentional.

We don’t just tell athletes where they project.

We help them build toward where they want to go.

⚡ BUILT DIFFERENT.
⛽ FUELED RIGHT.

Alex Scott — East Texas Scout & Athlete Relations

Alex Scott is an East Texas native, youth mentor, and community-minded sports advocate who has a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.

Alex has been actively involved in youth basketball in the Pine Tree community, helping coach the Pine Tree Fall League for younger athletes as well as the 5th–6th grade summer league. As a father with a daughter involved in youth basketball, his connection to sports goes beyond competition—he understands firsthand the importance of positive leadership, development, encouragement, and creating opportunities for young athletes.

That same passion makes Alex a natural fit with Clutch Culture Sports.

As an East Texas Scout & Athlete Relations representative, Alex helps CCS identify emerging and under-the-radar talent throughout East Texas while developing genuine relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, programs, and communities.

His role centers around four principles:

SCOUT. EVALUATE. DEVELOP. CONNECT.

Alex brings local knowledge, strong community relationships, a passion for youth development, and an eye for talent to the Clutch Culture Sports team. His goal is simple: help more East Texas athletes get seen, get properly evaluated, understand their opportunities, and have the resources they need to pursue the next level.

East Texas Roots. Youth Impact. Athlete Advocacy.

📈 FROM NO OFFERS → OPPORTUNITY

Kaleb Belcher. Trayvion Watts. Royce Swan. Quincy Davis.

Different athletes. Same mission: create more recruiting opportunities.

We don’t promise offers. Athletes earn them.

We evaluate → project their Level of Play → position → build the strategy.

But The Results Board goes beyond the athletes you see here.

Some of the athletes we’ve helped go from 0 offers to college opportunities weren’t clients at all. They were simply young men God placed in our path, and we chose to help. 🙏🏾

No invoice. No transaction. Just purpose.

That’s why Clutch Culture Sports has always been bigger than recruiting.

40+ college opportunities and counting. 📈🏈

Some were clients. Some weren’t.
The mission stayed the same.

No offers? Limited coach response? Unsure of your level?

🏈 LIVE SCOUTING | Gilmer vs. Pine Tree

Got a chance to evaluate some serious talent in person last night.

What stood out wasn’t just the highlights — it was the size, movement, physicality, competitiveness and how these athletes looked when the ball wasn’t coming their way.

Several FBS-level prospects. A few young names I’ll be tracking closely. And a couple players I believe could be undervalued in the current recruiting market. 👀

📊 Clutch Culture Ratings™ at the end of the video.

Who stood out to you?

CLUTCH CULTURE SPORTS
Evaluate • Develop • Dominate

08/28/2026

I believe we’re entering a different era of youth and college sports.

The question used to be:

“Is this athlete talented enough?”

Now there are additional questions:

Can they communicate?

Can they build relationships?

Do they understand their personal brand?

Can they evaluate opportunities?

Do they understand NIL?

Are they prepared for life beyond their sport?

Talent still matters.

But the infrastructure surrounding the athlete matters more than ever.

That’s where I believe the next generation of athlete development is headed—and it’s a major part of what we’re building at Clutch Culture Sports.

Develop the athlete. Educate the person. Build the future.

🏈 CLUTCH CULTURE SPORTS | LIVE SCOUT REPORT

📍 Gilmer vs. Pine Tree
Final: Pine Tree 52 | Gilmer 40

Several prospects stood out during my in-person evaluation:

⭐ Ismael Camara | Gilmer | OL/DL
CCR™ 9.7 | Power 4
At 6’6”, 340, Camara is massive, but what impressed me most was how well he moves. Rare combination of size, power and athleticism. Texas commit.

⭐ Bosston Johnson | Pine Tree | WR/DB
CCR™ 9.1 | FBS
One of the best overall performances of the night. Dynamic on both sides of the ball, difficult to cover and showed tremendous toughness handling a heavy two-way workload.

⭐ Kipton Neighbors | Gilmer | WR/OLB
CCR™ 9.0 | FBS
Big 2028 athlete who moves extremely well for his size. Legitimate two-way ability with a very high physical ceiling.

⭐ Tayveon Horne | Gilmer | RB/MLB
CCR™ 8.9 | FBS
Quick and powerful with good vision and balance. Runs through contact and showed the traits of a legitimate three-down college back.

⭐ Kaden Canady | Gilmer | WR/ATH
CCR™ 8.6 | FBS Projection
A 2030 freshman already making plays at the varsity level. Electric with the ball in his hands and showed impressive maturity for his age.

⭐ Colton Croft | Pine Tree | QB
CCR™ 8.4 | D2 Scholarship / FCS Eval
At 6’4”, 220, Croft showed excellent pocket presence, good intermediate accuracy and mobility. A senior QB who deserves continued college evaluation.

⭐ Jakaiden “KD” Johnson | Pine Tree | RB/ATH
CCR™ 8.3 | FCS Projection / DI Watch
Very impressive 2029 prospect. Excellent contact balance, speed and power. Tough to bring down and plays bigger than his current frame.

⭐ Amare “Bubba” Garrett | Gilmer | WR/FS
CCR™ 8.2 | FCS Scholarship
Good size, movement and catch radius. Athletic two-way prospect with college-level tools and multiple offers, including Lamar.

🎯 Live evaluation gives you something film alone can’t — true size, movement, physicality, competitiveness and presence.

I’m excited to officially welcome Tevin Williams, MBA to the Clutch Culture Sports team! 🔥🏆

As Clutch Culture continues to grow, I’ve been intentional about bringing in people who understand that developing athletes is about more than sports.

Tevin brings a unique combination of leadership, business, and sports experience as a U.S. Army veteran, MBA graduate, and professional with experience in recruiting, player personnel, NIL, and athlete development.

What stood out to me most is his vision for helping athletes prepare for the entire journey—personal branding, career preparation, financial literacy, leadership, NIL, and ultimately life after the game.

That aligns directly with what we’re building at Clutch Culture.

We don’t just want to help athletes get recruited.

We want to help develop better athletes, better leaders, and better-prepared young men and women.

Welcome to the family, Tevin! 🔥

We’re building something special.

New team. Same mission. Let’s get to work.
