Seed dispersal experiment. We studied the rain tree seed, maple seed, and KOA seed. Then the students made seed examples and practiced being a tree, raising their branches up high, then releasing the seed. The class then had great discussions about how the seeds drifted to the ground and the difference the seed structure makes to how seeds disperse.
