We asked, and you guys showed up BIG TIME for our last-minute need for glass at the Dime Pitch last night! 🥹👏

A HUGE thank you to every single person who brought bags, boxes, and even carloads full of glass for us yesterday! We truly appreciate your generosity and willingness to help us out when we needed it most.

And because of YOU, not only did we have enough glass to get us through last night, but we ended up with plenty left over for next year! 🙌 What started as a last-minute “SOS, we’re running low!” turned into an incredible outpouring of support from our community. We are so incredibly grateful!

And while we’re saying thank you… THANK YOU to everyone who came out over these past four days to support Trinity Preschool and Trinity UCC! 🎪❤️

As a 501(c)(3), events like the Dime Pitch are so important to us. The money raised helps support our preschool programs and allows us to continue providing wonderful experiences and opportunities for our students. Every donation, every dime, and every person who participates truly makes a difference!

I, Anastacia, had the absolute pleasure of helping with the Dime Pitch for the first time this year, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity. It was so much more than just four days at the carnival. I got to learn more about our community, reconnect with old families, meet new families, and have so many wonderful conversations about Trinity Preschool and what we’re working toward.

I was also incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with State Representative Joe D’Orsie and Hallam Fire Department Chief Eric to talk more about Trinity, our plans as we move forward with state licensing, and ways we can continue improving and growing our program. It was truly an incredible experience!

After four busy, exciting, exhausting, and absolutely amazing days, we just want to say…

Thank you for supporting our church.
Thank you for supporting our preschool.

🚨GLASS NEEDED FOR THE FINAL NIGHT OF DIME PITCH!

We are officially running LOW on glass for tonight’s final night of Dime Pitch at the carnival! 🪙🎪

We had a WHOLE TRAILER FULL when we started, and you guys are absolutely wiping us clean! Honestly, that’s a GREAT problem to have! 😉

If you have any glassware, jars, vases, bottles, or other glass items that you’d be willing to donate, we would greatly appreciate it!

You can drop donations off at the church or at the carnival today. Every little bit helps us keep the game going for tonight!

🌟 MEET THE 2026–2027 TRINITY PRESCHOOL TEAM! 🌟

This week, our Trinity Preschool staff came together for our beginning-of-the-year staff meeting! 💙 We spent the day getting to know some of our newest team members, learning more about the “Trinity Way,” and preparing for some of the new requirements, trainings, and procedures that come along with our DHS state licensing process.

We are SO excited to introduce you to the amazing team who will be loving, teaching, and caring for your children this school year! 🥰

🌿💚 A HUGE thank you to our very own Ms. Amanda and her husband, Donnie, for donating their time, hard work, and talents to create the beautiful new rock garden outside of Trinity UCC Preschool! 🪨🌸

Their dedication has made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything they do to help make our school a welcoming place for our families and our community. We absolutely LOVE how it turned out! 💚

Now we’d love to get our preschool families and community involved! 🎨✨ If you’d like to help make our rock garden even more colorful, feel free to paint a rock and drop it off anytime before the start of our 2026-2027 school year. Whether it’s a fun design, an encouraging message, or a colorful creation, we’d love to add your special touch!

Together, we can create something beautiful for all of our families and everyone passing by to enjoy. 🌈🪨

At this time, we are not hiring for one specific position. Instead, we're looking to connect with passionate educators and childcare professionals, so we have a strong pool of candidates to consider as our staffing needs continue to develop. Whether you're interested in a lead teacher, teacher's aide, or substitute role, we'd love to learn more about you!

We're looking for individuals who have:
🍎 Experience working with children or a background in Early Childhood Education.
🍎 A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping young children learn and grow.

🎡 Glassware Donations Needed for the Hallam Carnival! 🎡

We’re looking for donations of glassware for our Dime Pitch at the upcoming Hallam Carnival, taking place August 19–22!

The Dime Pitch is a fun Hallam Carnival tradition and serves as a fundraiser benefiting Trinity UCC Church and Preschool. We’re looking for items such as:

🥛 Drinking glasses
☕ Mugs
🍽️ Plates
🌸 Vases
🥣 Bowls
🍷 Any other glassware in good condition

If you have gently used glassware that you’re no longer using, we’d be so grateful if you’d consider donating it. Every donation helps make the Dime Pitch a success while supporting the ministries and programs of our church and preschool.

Come out and support one of our Trinity UCC Preschool members!

Kelsey Riley Dixon will be reading her book “Roots and Wings” at Flinchbaughs Orchard & Farm Market on Tuesday May 19th at 10am!

Some of you may have seen the “Roots and Wings” tree in the main hallway! Now you can hear what it’s all about from the author herself.

This is a free event, and the weather should be beautiful! Her book will also be available to purchase at Flinchbaughs.

What a fun way to support local entrepreneurs, and get classmates back together again!
