Been keeping queen cells on hand and even dropped a few virgin queens in. Jewelers glasses help with seeing the 1-2 day old larva if you need help.

When tho lid came off this hive right away he knew they were stressed. Loud roaring, fanning, running around on the frame. Yep, they were queen-less. This was right after mite treatment using Apiguard. We lost several queens this year after treating.
