📚✨ The Book Fair is Coming! ✨📚

We’re getting excited for a great week of reading and shopping next week!

Reminder - Set up is on Monday 3/23 with shopping taking place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Those who signed up to help will get additional information emailed them later this week.

Volunteers Needed still! We’d love to keep the fair open during Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday 3/26—but we can’t do it without your help!

Even one hour makes a big difference and helps ensure all families have a chance to shop. We also could use some extra hands for packing up on Friday morning.

REMINDER! Tomorrow is Pajama Day for Share the Fair! 💤📚

Join us on Friday, March 13th for a cozy cause!

For a $1 donation, students can wear their favorite pajamas to school all day.

🚫 Please remember: No slippers (regular shoes are required for safety).

All proceeds support Share the Fair, helping ensure every HES student who wants a book receives one at the upcoming Book Fair (week of March 23rd). Additional funds will help fulfill teacher wish lists.

📚 Scholastic Book Fair | March 24–26

We’re looking for parent volunteers to help make the Book Fair a success! Please sign up for shifts that work best for you.

Volunteers must have a CORI on file and bring a valid driver’s license on the day of their shift. For safety reasons, younger children may not accompany volunteers, and if your child is absent from school during your scheduled time, they are not permitted to attend the fair while you volunteer.
