Premier Assessment Services, Inc. Premier is a New York State test scoring vendor providing services to public and charter schools.

Premier and its partner, OSCWorld, offer an alternative to regional or school-based scoring of NYS assessments that allows instruction to continue by keeping teachers in the classroom. Premier offers both traditional paper-and-pencil scoring as well as electronic scoring via OSCWorld's EASE scoring system. This system improves efficiency through the use of technology to reduce costs and improve ac

curacy. Premier follows all NYSED assessment scoring guidelines with a focus on providing the highest quality scoring and inter-rater reliability, all within the timeframe developed by NYSED. Premier’s staff of certified, experienced teachers is familiar with holistic evaluation using NYS scoring rubrics and have received training from leaders with extensive scoring experience and a commitment to quality.

Beginning with our next scoring project (NYS 3-8 Mathematics) and moving forward, the hourly scorer rate is $25 and the leader rate is $30. Our new Regents scoring rate is $30 per hour.

We are very busy getting ready for the Spring 2022 NYS Test Scoring Sessions beginning in early April.
Scorers in the Rochester and Capital District regions who are interested in working, make sure to registered on our website www.nypremierassessment.com. We have available positions for Grades 3-8 ELA and Mathematics, Grades 4 and 8 Science, NYSESLAT, and Regents Exams.
