TBT - The Yuhasz Family at Regional Taekwondo Championships many moons ago. There are so many Taekwondo memories flooding in with earning my new ranks in Taekwondo.
This picture hangs on the wall in our home. Mrs. Yuhasz planned this trip, completed the registration forms, booked the hotel for the weekend, packed the “tournament food cooler”, had the uniforms cleaned and pressed, made sure the belts were packed, had the first aid supplies and ice packs for the entire team and of course made sure Caleb had his blueberries. Maddie (Young Master Yuhasz) and I practiced her Poomsae / Taekwondo form for months and she earned her medal.
This picture is the throwback reminder that our Taekwondo school was founded with our family and love of Taekwondo. All these years later and millions of memories I can’t help but thank God and our family for all the Taekwondo memories.

Words cannot express how appreciative I am tonight. Grandmasters, Masters, Black Belts, former students, parents and friends from all over the Capital Region came out and celebrated my 8th degree Black Belt presentation. I’m honored that Grandmaster Frank Noguera took the time to share my personal Taekwondo history and his perspective of Adirondack Taekwondo and the positive impact we have on our community. Thank you for presenting the rank tonight. You are a Grandmaster that has reached thousands and thousands of lives. Thank you. That Drake Barker was the opening speaker and set the tone with an amazing introduction and speech. I’m honored sir. All the conversations and celebrations were wonderful. I’m humbled and honored. Thank you.
