Starting at a new school is exciting, but it can also come with a lot of questions. We hope these words help our newest families head into the school year feeling a little more prepared and a whole lot more welcomed.

Huge news, Sea Crest community! We are officially recognized as a NOAA Ocean Guardian School (Year 1) by NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries!

Looking back on an incredible year, we were honored to receive a letter of recognition thanking our students, teachers, and families for playing our part locally to protect the health of our ocean.

As Jane Goodall once said, “Hope is what enables us to keep going in the face of adversity... but we must be prepared to work hard to make it so.”

Through monthly cleanups at Poplar Beach, water quality testing, caring for local storm drains, and transforming marine debris into a collaborative community mural, our Sea Crest Ocean Guardians turned hope into action and showed what it truly means to leave it better than we found it.

Thank you to our amazing community for inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards!

Spent the day at with our Strategic Leadership Team exploring how AI can transform education! 💡🤖

Our biggest takeaway? Technology should never replace human connection—it should protect it.

By leveraging AI to streamline admin tasks and lesson planning, we’re giving time back to our educators so they can focus on what matters most: mentoring, inspiring, and spending quality time with our students. ❤️📚

AI can handle the routine, but only teachers can build the relationships. ✨
