After tons of posting and emailing and reminding and repeating we did it!!!
Our 1st Annual Relay Children’s Center Flea Market & Bake Sale was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who showed up, shopped, baked, sold, and supported. Miss Amanda led the charge beautifully from start to finish. Miss Liz and Miss Paris took their personal time to help make the magic happen. Noah rocked the bake sale inventory world. And Gabby reeled them in with super flare, just see the awesome pic, you can’t miss her.
We’re so proud and so grateful for this community! There was so much fun for sale from collectors cards and crafts to vintage items and gently used goodness. We even had a professional face painter. If you missed today be sure to keep an eye out for our next one.

Hi all,
I wanted to reach out one last time to let you know that we still have spots available at the center for the flea market/bake sale today from 11-3. Let’s say you wake up and think “boy I feel like selling a bunch of my stuff today”. Well we are here for you. Come on down to RCC and talk with one of us (primarily Amanda) about obtaining a spot for $25.00. Or just come by to check out other people’s items.
p.s. we will have a face painting station for the little ones (or you too).

Another day of playground restoration = another day of hard work, huge success and happy hearts. Thank you again to the RCC families and friends that take time out of their incredibly busy schedules to work with us to improve our little center.

What a day at RCC!!!! The playground restoration is in full effect thanks to Dmitri of Dmitri’s Home Improvement and many many of our community friends. I can’t believe how many people came out to help and support us. My heart is so full of love and joy. Even Cockey’s Enterprises helped our efforts.
A special shout out to Mother Nature for keeping the weather AMAZING!!!

Playground Renovations Are Coming!

Good morning RCC Families,

We’re thrilled to share that playground renovations will begin the weekend of October 11 and 12. Thanks to your amazing support through fundraisers, generous donations (some even up to an extra week’s tuition), and the incredible backing of Arbutus Little League, we now have the lumber needed to get this project rolling.

A huge thank you to Miss Amanda’s husband, Dmitri, who is volunteering his time to lead the work!

We’d love extra hands from our families to help out. Dmitri will begin around 9:00 a.m. both days. Come for the morning or just stop by when you can. If you know in advance you’ll be there, please email me ([email protected]) or message me on brightwheel so I can give him a head count. Even if you decide last minute, there will be something “fun” for you to jump in on.

We are so grateful for all you do to support RCC. Together, we’re building something wonderful for our kids.
