Fresh out of school as a new teacher, our founder's goal was to make an impact on children around the world. Fast forward 12 years after teaching in South Korea, Egypt, and various states within America our founder found her passion in ESOL education. She was able to progress to a district level position within this content area but something was still missing. How could she share the merge of her two loves, foundational literacy and ESOL, with school districts across the world? The answer to that question was the birth of The Merge Consulting, LLC.
