Fountain of life adult day care #2. Is an adult day facility.
We provide transportation to and from facility. Also, to appointments within coverage area.
Coverage area includes Hale Center, Plainview, Abernathy, Littlefield, Lockney, Floydada.
We accept amerigroup, superior, traditional Medicaid, or private pay.
We provide a well balanced breakfast, lunch, and snack.
We do daily activities, exercise bingo, arts & crafts, field trips.
