🏆 Congratulations to our Northeast Region Principal of the Year! 🏆
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Ms. Wilder, who has been named Principal of the Year for our area!
This well-deserved honor recognizes a leader whose impact extends far beyond daily school operations. Through her vision and commitment, she has implemented systems that ensure every student feels seen, valued, included, and safe. From strengthening student-support structures and recognizing positive behavior to creating meaningful opportunities for student voice and belonging, she has helped build a learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Her leadership is defined by high expectations, thoughtful decision-making, and a genuine commitment to people. She listens to students, supports and develops teachers, builds strong partnerships with families and the community, and uses data purposefully to improve teaching and learning. Most importantly, she leads with compassion, consistency, integrity, and courage.
Ms. Wilder does more than manage a school, she inspires a shared vision, develops other leaders, celebrates progress, confronts challenges, and creates a culture in which both students and adults believe they can succeed.
