I love learning about how cultures overlap and become what they are now. There is a style of cooking in Mexico that’s influenced by the Lebanese immigration that I’m celebrating by this week’s fusion fare! 

There really is no such thing as “you” and “I”, there’s only just “us”, a fusion of you and I.

I remember vividly while trekking through the Himalayan Foothills the smiles and warmth of the people (and food) made up for the cold of the climate! The flavors of the cuisine (and the language of the sherpas) were like a fusion of the region, Nepal, India and China.
