The hard truth? Holding onto relationships that keep us small can block us from stepping fully into the life we want.
And as much as it hurts, it’s okay for friendships to evolve—or even fade—as we grow. Sometimes, it’s exactly what we need to step into our next chapter.
Here’s your reminder:
✨ It’s okay to outgrow relationships.
✨ It’s okay to create space for connections that energize and inspire you.
✨ It’s okay to choose yourself and your growth.
🎯People can only meet you at the level they’ve met themselves.
If someone hasn’t done their own inner work—faced their fears, healed their past, or embraced their truth—they may struggle to show up for you in the way you need.
And that’s not always their fault—it’s just where they are.
I had the opportunity to see this firsthand in my own life recently, which I shared in my newsletter.
It was a powerful reminder that growth often asks us to take a step back and reevaluate the relationships around us.
🪞Friendships are mirrors.🪞
They can amplify your strengths, dreams, and the truest version of yourself—or they can reflect back fears and insecurities that keep you stuck.
When we cling to relationships that no longer align, it’s like trying to grow in unhealthy soil.
Something might sprout, but it’ll never reach its full potential.
Growth is rarely easy—it’s uncomfortable, stretching, and sometimes painful. But it’s necessary.
Choosing to create space for relationships that truly align with who you’re becoming isn’t selfish—it’s self-love.
💭 How are the relationships in your life supporting your growth?
Are they lifting you higher or holding you back?
