Child Care by Chelsea Child Care by Chelsea began in July 2013. It is an in home child care facility for children of all ages. Child Care by Chelsea is run by Chelsea Jones (Ritter).

She has an Elementary Education Degree; she has also worked at a Daycare-Preschool for 3yrs.
