Red Dragon Martial Arts

Riley, Browning and Malcom all did very well today at the tournament. Riley took 1st and Grand Champion in Weapons, 2nd in both Kata and Sparring. Browning took 1st in Weapons, Kata and Sparring. Malcom took 3rd in Kata and 1st in Sparring, this was his first tournament. So congratulations and job well done representing Red Dragon.

Congratulations to our students who participated in the tournament this past Sunday. Very proud of all of you. Keep up all your hard work its paying off.

Very proud of Riley as both her dad and Instructor today. She wanted to compete in the Fist of Fury Tournament held today. But due to other obligations for Band she had to wait until after to go. When we arrived at the tournament it was already 12:30. We got her registered and then found out that the girls 15/16/17 age group had already completed. Without missing a beat she requested to compete with the guys. The tournament staff were a little hesitant at first because of size and weight difference especially for Sparring. Riley told them she would be fine she could handle it and she did. She placed 2nd in all 4 events!! Weapons,, Kata, 3 point Sparring and 1 point sparring. Could not be prouder.

Want to congratulate our students who participated in the tournament this past weekend. I am very proud of all of you. For some it was your first tournament and you did awesome. Browning, first tournament, 3rd Weapons, 1st Kata and 2nd sparring. Greyson, also first tournament, 3rd in Weapons, 4th Kata and 2nd Sparring. Riley 1st Weapons, Jr. Grand Champion weapons, 2nd Kata and 4th Sparring. Could not be prouder of all of you.
