Reminds me of 2 other soon to be first time grandmothers recently honing their craft!!

Granddaughter’s baby quilt💕, a variation of Starfling!! She graduates from high school tomorrow!! Time flies, so be intentional about your hobby girls!

Finishing up a few last Threads in the Sewing Room!!! relaxing too!!!🤩

Another level, one class in the books in the Sewing Room with this fun mother Daughter combo all the way from Louisiana!!❤️

Last level three beginner class is in the books!! so proud of this woman’s perseverance, and determination!!🤩 she is now able to sew buttons on with her sewing machine, sew circles large, and small, and knows how to create a casing. All of this in addition to being able to quilt as she goes, install a zipper and capably manage her sewing machine. You go, girl!!

Often I am asked,
“What classes do you offer?

To which I reply, “Whatever students want to make!”

I have pictured some options of items my students have created in the past, along with approximate time for those that have been specifically timed. Some have set costs. Hourly rate, $30.

Times available, 9am-noon, 1-4pm, 5-8pm

Next class times available: July 13, 14, 18, 20-23. DM Mrs. B. For registration forms which are due along with payment, in advance. Venmo available.

Another very busy, fun day in the Sewing Room!! These girls are determined and creative, sewing on buttons with their machine, stitching around very small circles, appliquéing and creating a casing for a bowl cover, quilting as they go, and piecing a final fancy boarder!!!

There is no substitute for diligence & perseverance. This young lady has it all!!! So proud of this Level 2 beginner zipper bag she made! Overcoming the challenge of replacing various presser feet in & out of the plastic opening on this Singer machine🤯!
