Mary Ellen Waltemire holds a B.S. from Shepherd University, Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from Hood College and her MBA from Frostburg State University. She has studied the Core Energy Coaching Process and earned her Life Coach certification from the International Coach Federation through Institute for Professional Coaching Excellence. Additionally, she is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Mary Ellen was certified in 2014 as a Personify Leadership Trainer, and continues to look for ways to better herself and her coaching business. Mary Ellen serves as the Communications Chair on the board for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Maryland Chapter.

An exciting opportunity to support the United Way of Washington County through their strategic planning process. The ideas were limitless and energy of the group contagious. Did you know that during the last fiscal year this amazing organization impacted over 81, 000 lives, organized efforts of over 4,900 volunteers and served 92 different organizations with grants, supplies & programs

I was thrilled with the opportunity to meet and work with the Board of the West Virginia Nursery & Landscape Association this week. Their passion was evident as they discussed, debated and prioritize next steps for their successful future. All in all a successful gathering of diverse and experienced green industry professionals.
