Northern Cross Preschool serves 2-5 year old children three mornings each week from September to mid-May as an outreach of First Christian Church.
Five senior staff teachers serve 32 children. There is a monthly tuition.

Bunny hopping time! (And creating with junk -oatmeal cans, packaging foam, paper straws, Pom-poms, left-over strips of ribbon and cotton balls in a bag labeled “People’s Drug Store”-how old are they?)

“Projects” are nice for parent keepsakes, but sometimes are mostly “teacher work”. In the project shown, skills for reading, writing and small muscle coordination were observed as well as personal child-teacher time given.
Skills: Can the child cross the midline, can the child progress from left to right, can the child cut with scissors?
