Maryland International School for Sustainability and Technology or MISST is a full day, year round private or non-public school licensed by MSDE for ages 5 to 18 years old or grades Kindergarten through high school.

Funding is available for graduating Washington County, Md. high school seniors! Annually, we open up many of our scholarship applications, most with an April 1st deadline!

Applications typically require things like transcripts, answers to some required essay questions, and more, so we encourage students to start on these applications early.

Applications can be started and completed at a later date.

Caregivers, Please be aware and watch for updates as the weather has begun and our top priority is keeping the children, families, and staff safe. If WCPS does announce a close then both Washington St and Cleveland Ave will be closed full day. If you have already dropped off your child at that time then you will be required to pick them back up within an hour. Thank you. Stay safe.

Beacon House, Inc. ALL AM transportation cancelled for 12/22/22 for both Washington st and Cleveland ave. MISST students only can report to Washington St which will open at 7am. Lil Steamers students only can report to Cleveland Ave at and will open at 6am but will not have transportation to Washington St. We will keep an eye on the weather for any further changes.
