At least once a month we do Tape Study at the Workshop
I've been asked before "How do I study?" "What should I look for in matches?"
Sometimes you should watch with no sound. Look at footwork, facial expressions, much more.
Sometimes you should watch with sound on. See what the crowd is reacting to, what they aren't, and in between.
As for who. Who do you watch? Watch your favorite wrestler's favorite wrestler. See who they grew up watching.
As of now we are always accepting new students. Spread the word!
