Hey everyone! ☀️🌈 What a blast this summer has been – camping, swimming, family hangouts, and more! We're enjoying the summer so much! 🏕️🏊‍♂️❤️ And guess what? The fun continues! We're getting ready for a trip to WA soon to make even more memories with family. Can't wait! ✈️🥳

Starting lessons with a new student is always so fun! One of the most important things to teach is warm-ups. Do you have a favorite warm-up exercise?

This is the video I use to explain one of my core warm-up exercises. One of my favorite parts about it is that I can adjust the middle of it to help strengthen fingers when you're working in a tough section of a piece.

One of my favorite apps to help improve on the piano has been Rhythm Cats. It helps you learn how to keep a good rhythm, including complex rhythms, which can be very helpful when your right and left hand are playing different rhythms.
