Missing VBS this summer? Check out HHBC virtual VBS next week! August 3rd-7th.

You may have heard that we are planning to do a "Virtual VBS" this year, and here it is. We are inviting kids in grades K-6th to join us this summer as we dive deep into God's Word and discover the truth about the greatest treasure of all, Jesus Christ!

This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, our Vacation Bible School will be delivered online from August 3rd-7th. Each day will consist of videos with music and great Bible teaching for kids in grades K-6th. Also, each student will complete a worksheet every day, memorize Bible verses, and participate in fun Activities throughout the week. There are prizes for completion, so the kids should work hard!

On Friday, August 7th, we would like to invite you to a socially-distanced Water Ice Party in the back parking lot to finish out the week.

Please join us in praying for Mrs. Maines. Mrs. Maines is a big part of BRS and works in our Aftercare program and substitutes. Many of you may recognize her as being related to the Welsh family; she is Mrs. Welsh’s mom. Mrs. Maines was in a terrible accident this Thursday. She was hit by a car on Route 55 while checking a blown tire on her car. She has multiple fractures in her back, pelvis, legs, and face and will be in a full body cast for 12 weeks. The Maines family is praising God for His protection over Mrs. Maines’ life! This GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay for her medical expenses. Please pray for Mrs. Maines as she recovers and for her husband and family, especially since they cannot visit her due to the Covid-19 virus. Join us with prayer, love and support for Mrs. Maines!
