We can talk to our kids about bullies. We can tell them what to do. But when they’re actually in that moment, they have to be able to handle it themselves. 💪

That’s why building confidence and skills BEFORE they need them matters.

At EMA, kids practice staying calm under pressure, setting boundaries, using their voice, and knowing how to protect themselves if a situation goes too far.
