Serving the Bergen County and New York City community since 1971, CSC USA sponsors three Chinese School located in Hackensack, NJ and the upper west side of NYC (within Columbia University) and sponsors and supports numerous cultural events and exchanges across the tri-state region.

Inspired by one of our classmate’s recent trip to Zhang jia jie (張家界）, Jane Laoshi taught a lesson in misty mountain scenery 🌫️⛰️🌫️.

Horse hair brush to outline the mountains, color with Burnt Sienna, Gamboge, Phthalo blue and Black ink. Add a few trees and white misty clouds complete the picture.

Such a fun class and we all had a blast.

Today, we celebrates Chinese New Year of Horse at the Bergen Chinese School. The Directors from TECO (Taiwan Economic and Culture Office) from Flushing, NY came to attend our celebration.
