Swim Essentials is a swim school that offers instruction all year round. Whether you want instruction at your own pool or at our indoor pool at Excel Fitness at the Excelsior in Hackensack, NJ. We cater to all ages 6 months to adult including children with special needs. The schools Director, Karen Stevens, as over 20 years experience in swim instruction, life guarding, life guard training and aquacise.
