As the month of May ends and we continue to celebrate the year of the nurse, Let us focus on the accomplishments, contribution and sacrifice we all have made. 2020 will be a year we will never forget. As the pandemic of Covid-19 took over the world, nurses around the world became the front line along with medical professionals to do what we do every day, deliver skilled, compassionate care to our communities. Earn $$$ for Northern Garden State Chapter by recruiting members to AORN!
Goal: Recruit as many new members* to your Chapter from now until August 31, 2017

Prize: $1,000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place
PLUS: Your recruits can receive $80 off their AORN membership through the AORN Foundation Grant
How to take advantage of the AORN Foundation grant offer:
Send your new member recruits to the grant application (please note that completing the grant application is not signing up for a membership).
The AORN Foundation will review the application.
If applicant is approved, AORN Membership will email the applicant instructions on how to join for only $80.
You may send the grant application to an unlimited number of recruits. Applicants will receive the discount on a first-come, first-served basis as funds remain. Any applicants thereafter pay regular membership dues, but are still counted as a recruited member towards the grand prize. Only RNs may apply for the grant. Offer excludes student, retired, and associate memberships and is valid until 8/31/17.

* A new member is anyone who is not currently a member and/or has been lapsed for more than 6 months.

We are in the process of submitting Chapter accountability standards . Stay tune, the Chapter will have new board members and CEU's coming in September !
