Five years ago, I chose a diamond for the Hartmetrics logo.

Not because it’s precious.
Because it’s a paradigm.

Rotate it. Shift your angle. Same object, completely different view.
That’s what leadership requires: the ability to see your challenges from multiple perspectives.

The problem you’re facing right now? It looks different from your team’s angle. From your client’s angle. From today vs. six months from now.

How often we get stuck because we’re locked into one view. We see the challenge as a threat when it might be an invitation. We see the failure as final when it might be feedback.
