CHEERS to Cohort 2!! We celebrated the release of our collab beer “Celeste”, our cucumber and Meyer lemon saison that will be available SOON to select locations. Congrats to this group for all the hard work they put in to creating the recipe and concept. Cohort 3 begins next March so be on the look out for the application in the next few weeks… 🙌🏾🙌🏾🍻🍻

We are proud to announce our collab with and will drop next Wednesday! Our second cohort worked hard last Spring and came up with a delicious saison for this time of the year. Stop by the Alementary taproom from 5pm to 8pm celebrate! There will also be a SPECIAL HOLIDAY BOTTLE release… 🤐 See you then… 🙌🏾🍻🤤

Posted • Releasing this Thursday (March 2nd) is our collaboration with and !!

Created especially for the upcoming Entrepreneurship & Equity in Brewing Interest Meeting, this collaboration is a 5.8% ABV Black Pale Ale that’s Dry-Hopped with Barbe Rouge hops. A Studio 58 beer, this is a small batch and available exclusively on draft in very limited quantities! It pours pitch black with a fluffy mocha-colored head and has notes of ripe red fruits, citrus zest, lightly roasted malt and a touch of chocolate.

Join us this Thursday, March 2nd at 6:30pm for the  Spring Cohort Interest Meeting. Admission is $25 and includes an introduction, program overview, sample beer tasting, and Q&A.
