🌿 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 "𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤" 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤! 🔨
Our children explored a woodworking invitation using wood stumps, planks, hammers, and nails. With teacher support and scaffolding, they selected their own pieces of wood, practiced using real tools, and created something uniquely their own.

Through experiences like these, children develop confidence, concentration, problem-solving skills, hand-eye coordination, and perseverance—all while having fun.

Because around here… we take outdoor play seriously — a little risk, a lot of learning, and even more fun. 🌿✨

Nothing makes us smile more than seeing our children and their favorite grown-ups creating memories together.
Thank you to all the families who joined us for our Saucy Smiles event. The laughter was plentiful, the smiles were genuine, and the BBQ sauce was pretty great too! 😊

A few days ago, we put out a request for bubbles and popsicles to help keep our summer days full of fun. Since then, donations have been rolling in!

We are incredibly blessed to serve such thoughtful and generous families. Your donations help us create the childhood memories that summer is made of—bubble-filled afternoons, sticky popsicle smiles, and lots of laughter.
At this rate, I think we may have enough bubbles and popsicles to last at least a month! 😂

Today our children spent their time bike riding, roller blading, climbing monkey bars, building forts, exploring dinosaurs, pretending to drive, listening to stories, and creating adventures all their own. ☀️

When we designed our outdoor environment, our goal was simple: take all the wonderful things children do inside and bring them outside. The result is a space filled with opportunities for creativity, problem-solving, movement, friendship, and joyful learning through play. 🌿✨

Because around here… we believe children learn best when they have the freedom to explore, imagine, and play.

Together, this team brings years of experience, education, creativity, compassion, and dedication to our program. From first smiles in the morning to outdoor adventures, messy play, learning experiences, and meaningful relationships, they are the heart of Kids -R-Us.

Today our team stepped away from the classroom to learn, reflect, connect, and prepare for a successful summer season. From exploring the power of invitations to play to celebrating one another and creating our own bloom bouquets, the day was filled with growth, laughter, and meaningful conversations.

We are grateful for the incredible educators who show up each day with passion, dedication, and a commitment to children and families.

No single flower makes a bouquet, and no single person makes a team. Together, we create something beautiful. 💙🌿☀️

Before breakfast was even served, these busy little learners were outside exploring, creating, climbing, imagining, and doing the important work of childhood — PLAY. 💛

Between 7:00 and 8:30 AM, our playground is often full of activity. Even our school-age children choose to spend their morning outside playing with friends before the school bus arrives. ☀️🚌

While the adults might need a cup of coffee to start their day, our children prefer fresh air, friends, and playground adventures. 🌿☀️

Because around here… the workday starts early! 😄

🪨🎨 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘! ☀️

Our preschoolers spent time outside in the science area washing rocks, painting rocks, observing changes, and proudly displaying their creations to dry. 💛
Lots of smiles, busy hands, and meaningful learning happening through exploration and play. 🌿

Because around here… a little mess usually means a lot of learning.
