We are having a parents meeting Monday February 12th at 6pm in the cafeteria. We would like to discuss an end of year celebration for the current 8th graders. All 8th grade parents are welcome to come.

Our last home Middle School Volleyball game is tomorrow evening! If anyone is still available to help with concessions it would be greatly appreciated! Set up starts at 5pm. If you can help for one game and not the other, that is completely fine!
If any parents are available to help in concessions this weekend, it would be greatly appreciated! If you go to the Booster Club page they have a sign up genius link!
Do we have any Middle School parents willing to help with a few upcoming concessions for Middle School Volleyball? The dates are 2/8, 2/22 and 3/9. It’s as simple as selling pizza, snacks and making some popcorn!!
The first HillTop order pick up is tonight from 5:30 to 8pm at Gilbert, under the canopy.

Come check out the festive raffle items at tonight’s Middle School Basketball game! $1 per entry or $5 for 6 entries. Money raised will go into the Middle School PTO fund and also to help our 8th grade class with their end of year party.
PTO meeting Wednesday 11/16 at 5:30 pm. Quick meeting to touch base and talk about happenings. We will meet by the gym entrance and find a place to sit and meet.

Boys Schedule! Anyone helping with concession these are the nights of the home games. Set up starts at 5:05pm and cleanup prior to the end of the 8th grade game 🙂 any questions please let us know!
Looking to have another meeting next week. Can anyone do the evening of the 15th, 16th or 17th?
Going to try for a Middle School PTO meeting Monday, October 3rd at 5:30pm. It should be quick and straight to the point :)
If this time doesn't work for anyone please let me know and we'll try to be flexible. I'm thinking we'll meet in the cafeteria, but I am waiting for a final okay on all of this.
