A huge shout-out for our middle school ladies!
Each team had their end of season tournaments this past weekend where they both made it into the finals!
8th grade took home first and our 7th grade put in a phenomenal effort and placed second.

All girls in 7th and 8th grade welcome! Must have a sports physical and the waiver for the Cave signed in order to tryout. We unfortunately cannot allow students into the Cave without the permission slip signed.

🗓 Starts Tuesday July 15
📅 Every Tuesday & Thursday
📍 Through August 21
🚌 Bus at the Middle/High School canopy at 1:45 PM
🚨 Departs promptly at 1:50 PM
⏱ Workout is from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🚌 Bus returns you back to the school after training.

Summer week 1! Reminder that there is a bus available for transportation (athletes do not have to ride it). This will leave at 9:15am each Monday through Thursday from the Gym side of the school. This is 5 minutes earlier than last year.
As the AdvantEdge coaches said on Thursday, come well hydrated and not on an empty stomach to your workouts.
Also, please get the attached waiver submitted if you haven’t yet. Must be 18+ to sign, so for most of the athletes it will be a parent or guardian to fill it out. You do not need another submission for summer if you’ve already done one for the spring.

Hello families!
I have the whole summer schedule done, and of course some things might change but for the most part we should be set. Just a few points to pay attention to:
Sunday open gyms are open to ALL middle school and high school girls. We will have two nets set up each week so there's lots of room for everyone!
JV/Varsity- I need to get numbers for the 3 tournaments, Mano, Superior Central and Niagara. Mano is varsity only. They are one day tournaments and are usually done before 4PM. If your child is for sure able to go let me know so I can verify our teams.
Edge workouts- our volleyball program has paid a considerable amount to help get all athletes involved. Please encourage your girls to attend. It's only going to help during our season and make us better as a whole. It is an amazing program and all the girls say they feel better after they go! Bus leaves the school at 9AM and brings them to and from Edge. Seriously such a great opportunity!
Bike night- mark your calendar for June 30th. Last year we were able to raise $2500 just for volleyball alone and we were able to purchase our iPad and stat program. We could still use more equipment as always and it also helps pay for Edge. Please consider coming and bringing a basket raffle to make the afternoon a success.
And lastly- season starts August 12. If there are prior obligations that prevent you from being there please contact us ASAP so we can make it all work.

Good morning ladies! Sports physicals for next year are able to get scheduled at the teen clinic. They are free. They will pull you from class and send you back. schedule today so you can get in before the end of school and won't have to remember to get it done 😁
Great games played by our girls tonight. 8th grade secured a win for our last home event! 🎉
So very proud of each and every girl, the progress from the beginning of the season until now has been phenomenal!
One last Saturday tournament this weekend for both teams. 7th will head to Ishpeming and 8th to Aspen Ridge. Both will begin play at 9AM. Come cheer our girls on!
