For those who may have had Doc as an educator, colleague, or friend.

We may bleed blue and gold, but today our hearts are Clemson orange. Dr.Freddie Waltz was the Young Farmer Advisor and Ag Mechanics teacher at ECHS from 1997-2014. He spent his mornings banging around in the Ag mech shop and shaking his finger at his boys to make them think twice about misbehaving. You hardly ever caught him without a smile on his face nor without wearing something orange. He always had a story to tell, and there was not a wiring problem he couldn’t solve. Doc, you will be missed, but your legacy will live on in the students you inspired and the lives you impacted. Our thoughts are with Mrs. Karen, the Waltz family and all those who loved “Doc”
