Our Sand Hill Elementary faculty and staff cooled off with a well-deserved ice cream treat after another great week! With these HOT temperatures, a little ice cream was the perfect way to celebrate conquering the heat and finishing the week strong! 🍨💛

Our 4th grade students took an adventure in class studying the water cycle! Exploring water cycles can be fun!

Our students took an adventure studying capacity. They looked at ounces, cups, pints, quarts, and gallons. They compared them and also looked at conversions of different amounts.

📚✏️ Learning in Small Groups!

Mrs. Munoz’s first graders were hard at work during small-group instruction! Students practiced reading and writing CVC words, reading decodable books, and strengthening their handwriting skills—all aligned with the Wilson Fundations program.

We love seeing our young learners build confidence and grow their reading and writing skills! 🌟📖
