Bobcat Aggies enjoyed serving the community at Honey Ridge’s Annual Spring Fling today! We worked the petting zoo this year and it was so much fun and a fantastic event!

We had Hatch Day this Tuesday! We now have 8 perfect baby chicks that will be hanging out with us until Spring Break. Students have been candling eggs and learning about life cycles!

Thank you Ms. Alyx from UGA for coming to speak to our Bobcat Aggies about reptiles and amphibians, and bringing a box turtle(Clyde), a yellow bellied slider (Frankie), and a salamander(Pine)!

Bobcat Aggies were back in action today. Our very own Mrs. Lee came and shared about her “mini farm” and all the animals she has, along with other wild life that take up residence there. She answered many questions and inspired a lot of students to start their own mini farm one day. Thank you Mrs. Lee!! 💙🐾🌱

Thank you to Mrs. Heather for coming to speak to our Bobcat Aggie crew today!

Mrs. Heather has a farm and dabbles in a little bit of everything including honey bees! She brought her bee suit and other bee tools to teach us how to extract the honey, along with informing us of the different types of bees and the role that they play. 🐝🐝🍯

Bobcat Aggies served their community in the most fun way today helping run the corn hole station for the Fall Festival at Honey Ridge Agricenter! We are grateful for the opportunity and had a BLAST!!

Our first Bobcat Aggie meeting for this year is in the books! Thank you to Casey at CNR Farms for coming and talking to us about how you run your farm and how dogs are a huge part of it. We learned about service and therapy dogs, training, and even met Taco and Sookie! We are grateful for people like Casey in our community who take time to come speak with us.

Huge shout out to Burgess Designs for making our Bobcat Aggie shirts just in time for the fall festival this weekend where many of our Aggies plan to serve the community by working one of the many fun stations. Thank you to our fabulous PTO for covering the entire cost of each shirt. 🫶🏻
