Some days in childcare are hard, but then you have moments that remind you exactly why you do it.
Today I got to watch a child who had been struggling earlier make a better choice, and he was SO proud of himself that he came running to tell me! And listen, I know I’m getting old because it made me cry!
At Noah’s Ark, we don’t just want to tell your children when they’ve made a wrong choice. We want to catch them being good, celebrate their victories, and help them learn that tomorrow, or even the next five minutes, is another opportunity to make a better choice.
Parents, please know that we truly love your babies. We see the hard moments, but we also see the growth, the victories, the hugs, the smiles, and those little moments that make it all worth it.
