Western Wilderness Pursuits might have found a way to make leaf-peeping season last a little longer. ⬇️
A couple of weeks ago, WP took students to Mill Creek to take in peak fall colors and create cyanotypes (sun prints)! One of the oldest photographic printing processes, cyanotypes use UV-sensitive chemicals to create distinctive blue-and-white prints. By pressing aspen leaves onto light-sensitive paper, students captured a little piece of fall to take home and enjoy long after the leaves have dropped. 🍂
