We are looking for a confident, dependable, and nurturing teacher who LOVES working with two-year-olds!

Our toddler classroom needs someone who can confidently lead a busy classroom, set appropriate boundaries, redirect challenging behaviors, and keep children safe, engaged, and cared for throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with toddlers
• Is confident managing challenging toddler behaviors
• Is patient, energetic, and dependable
• Can maintain a structured daily routine
• Understands toddler development and age-appropriate expectations
• Can communicate professionally with parents and coworkers
• Is comfortable with diapering/potty training, meals, nap, and classroom cleanup
• Can stay calm and consistent when the classroom gets chaotic
• Is a team player who is willing to jump in and help

Most importantly, we need someone who genuinely enjoys this age group. Two-year-olds are busy, curious, emotional, independent, and sometimes VERY challenging—but they are also incredibly sweet and fun. ❤️

Many of you may not know that our sweet Ms. Peightyn has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is beginning her treatment journey. While she takes time away from the classroom to focus on healing, she remains a cherished part of our preschool family.

This evening, we had the opportunity to visit her and deliver a care basket filled with love from our staff and preschool families. Thank you to everyone who donated, sent cards, and has been keeping her in your prayers. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to her and her family.
