The West Harrison High School band wrapped another great summer with their rehearsal etiquette and vibes! Our production, “The Collective”, is coming together so amazingly. 💚🧡

“Good afternoon, First and foremost let me say thank you to all the parents who donated, cooked and served food for our band members Friday as well as those who blew off the marching field. It was very much appreciated!! I have some important announcements….

**** We will start our sponsorship fundraiser really soon. Proceeds collected will be used for concession stand start up, materials for props as well as savings to start purchasing/repairing aging equipment.

**** All students have rehearsal this upcoming Tuesday and Thursday from 4-7. We are hosting the Boston Crusaders Drum Corps on Wednesday. Their rehearsals are open to the public and our students are highly encouraged to attend.

****Students also have rehearsal August 29th from 12-6:30 with the parent preview show to follow at 7:15. We would like to cook out again and feed our kids this day. Donations will be accepted as the date gets closer.

**** Shuckers fundraisers need to be limited to 3 events per family so others have the opportunity to sign up.

Every member should be signed up on the Booster Hub by now. Parent and child need to have accounts. $300 should have already been paid. We need to start paying deposits for flags, costumes and drill design. One your booster hub account is created go on the students account to the shop and click the band fees ( $470 ) or colorguard ($620) and add to your cart. At checkout chose pay later and then check out. This is the only way I will be able to add credits that have already been paid and for you to see what is left owed. Once again we really appreciate all of your involvement!!” — Mrs. Lorraine Moree, Booster President
