🔤 Ms. Schonekas’ kindergarten class was hard at work with UFLI, building strong foundational reading and phonics skills.

👀👂👃👅✋ Ms. Johnson’s class brought learning to life as students explored their five senses through hands-on learning and discovery!

We love seeing our students engaged, curious, and excited about learning each day. These are the moments that build a strong foundation for future success!

🇺🇸 Labor Day Holiday Reminder! 🇺🇸

The Harrison County School District will be closed on Monday, September 7, and Tuesday, September 8, for Labor Day. 🏫

We hope our students, families, teachers, and staff enjoy a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved break! We’ll see everyone back at school on Wednesday, September 9!

Thank you to all of our families who joined us tonight for our Title I Meeting and Open House! We loved having you on campus, visiting classrooms, connecting with teachers, and seeing all of the great things happening at Harrison Central Elementary.
