A great Sunday spent learning, growing, and building new skills!

On May 31, Blue Cliff College was excited to host a special Lash & Threading Class led by Mr. Terrance Bonner of The Bonner Institute. Our cosmetology students had the opportunity to learn professional lash and threading techniques through hands-on instruction, live demonstrations, and practice sessions with both classmates and models.

It wasn't just our students who joined in the learning experience—Mrs. Ruby, our Cosmetology Program Chair, and Mr. Dwayne, our Esthetics Program Chair, also participated in the training alongside the students. Their enthusiasm for continuing education and commitment to student success helped make the day even more engaging and memorable.

Experiences like these give our students valuable exposure to industry trends while helping them build confidence in their skills and services.

We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Bonner for sharing his knowledge, passion, and expertise with our students. Thank you for investing in the next generation of beauty professionals and helping make this class both fun and rewarding!

Our Night Esthetics students are getting hands-on and spa ready! ✨🧖‍♀️
On this night, students were setting up their esthetics lab and preparing to perform facials while learning the different facial manipulations and their purposes. From relaxation techniques to movements designed to stimulate and improve the skin, every step is helping build the foundation for future skincare professionals.
A big shoutout to Mrs. Ross for guiding students through the techniques, professionalism, and hands-on skills needed to succeed in the esthetics industry! 💙
