We are a recognized childcare and preschool working to ensure high quality and affordable childcare. We offer many services to families in our community in order to ensure the best learning experience possible. We are looking for qualified applicants to teach in an Early Childhood setting.

Directors must be committed and compliment our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan. Provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop skills. Our ideal candidate will be passionate with an ability to reach out to the students and create a relationship of trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help the students have an interest in education in order to ensure they have the best learning and development possible.

Must have or be able to pass a federal background check
Have a CDA OR OYC in Early Childhood or in another field that pertains to children for example special needs, education, Associate's degree, or two years paid experience from a licensed facility
Can prepare reports in accordance with established procedures, maintain files and records
Interact with parents and children on a day to day basis
Be computer literate
Attend and participate in ongoing training
Have a valid driver's license or valid ID
Drive a van (with current driver’s license)
Have CPR and Pediatric First Aid
Have good social skills as well as good communication skills
Can teach in any classroom (work with any age group)
Attend all meetings that the Director may have
Must be able to multi-task
Must have 121 shot record
Able to present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Provide individualized instruction to teach each student by providing interactive learning
Creating and distributing educational content
