Free grab-and-go lunches are available for kids and teens while schools are closed. Monday through Friday at the Main Community Library from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Johnson Community Library from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and South Community Library from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

The Art Institute of Chicago has been sharing some of its art online. The Institute is currently displaying a whole exhibit on miniature rooms, just like doll houses! Each room is only about 12 inches high and 28 inches long.

This one is entitled "California Living Room" and was created by Mrs. James Ward Thorne.

We will begin distributing meals for six days beginning on Wednesday, April 22. Once a week, families will receive a combination of hot and cold breakfast items and hot lunch entrees with easy heating instructions.

We are encouraging parents to pop their trunks at the sites for safe food delivery. Families who walk to the site can bring a bag or large box.
